A 28 years old nulliparous women was admitted to the dept. of OB & GY Eul-Ji hospital because of amenorrhea 38 weeks with twin pregnancy with mild lower abdominal pain on May 25th 1993. She was received antenatal care at local clinic and her
antenatal
course was uneventful till 9 month pregnancy except twin pregnancy.
